Terms of Service

These terms describe the private automated reporting utility operated by Sycamore Automation.

Purpose and access

The utility is intended for use by its authorized operator to generate and send operational reports. It is not a public email platform or a service available for self-registration.

Authorized use

The operator is responsible for configuring recipients, confirming the accuracy of report data, and ensuring that use of the utility complies with applicable organizational requirements and Google's API policies.

Availability

The utility is provided for internal operational convenience. Report delivery may be interrupted by network outages, API availability, expired authorizations, or other technical conditions. It should not be used as the sole means of delivering safety-critical alerts.

Privacy

Use of Google account authorization and report information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be revised as the utility evolves.
